Intake Assessment

Your first appointment will be an intake assessment. This appointment is necessary to begin your therapy journey and provides us with historical information about you. We utilize this time to gain information about you and determine therapeutic goals. This appointment also helps to guide us in making accurate clinical diagnosis if you are utilizing insurance for reimbursement purposes.

60 mins | $185 |

Individual Therapy

Each of your follow-up therapy sessions will be scheduled for 55 minutes. We will collaborate to determine frequency at the end of your intake. The majority of therapy appointments will be bi-weekly or weekly.

45-55 mins | $175 |

Insurance

We currently accept Aetna (MD & VA & FL) insurance only.

For all other insurance we are considered an out of network provider. We will submit your out of network claims on your behalf via Mentaya. We accept credit cards, FSA, & HSA cards as payment at time of service. Depending on your current health insurance plan, it may be possible for your therapy to be covered in full or in part.

Prior to your first session you will receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing of expected costs for therapy, which is required by law under the No Surprises Act. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns about your estimated costs.
